2019 Community Events Calendar

The 2019 Community Events dates are the following:

– April 20th is the Easter Event and Pool tag distribution from 10 am to noon
        – Pool tag distribution will also be done at each upcoming HOA meeting until pool opening.
– Garage Sale is May 4th
– May 25th is the pool opening party from noon to 4 pm
– June 6th through August 15th – Every Thursday is the Fun Night sponsored by the Fairfield Baptist Church. On August 15th back to school back pack distribution will also be held.
– October 12th is the Fall Festival from noon to 3 pm
– December 14th is the Holiday Parade from 10 am to noon

The Roberts Road Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is holding its Annual Membership Drive!
 
The purpose of the PTO is to aid the students, faculty, and staff of Roberts Road Elementary in their educational and recreational needs. The PTO coordinates fundraising activities, sponsors assemblies, helps fund educational materials, and promotes communication and cooperation between the administration, faculty, & RRE parents.

Membership is open to EVERYONE!

Roberts Road Elementary new student pickup procedures

Santa Comes to Town Neighborhood Parade!

Santa comes to Ranch Country, and he’s bringing a parade with him! Come meet Santa in a neighborhood parade starting on Cedar Rock Dr (the small street in front of the pool). Bring the kids and a camera!

Parade starts at 9am on Saturday, Dec 15th, and a craft and activity party will follow from 10am-noon on the Ranch Country Pool Lawn! See you there!

2018 Annual Proxy Vote Form

Our 2018 Annual Meeting is coming up soon! It will be held on Thursday, Dec 13th at the Fire Station. 3 spots on the HOA Board of Directors will be voted on this year.

If you will not be able to make the meeting and wish to assign your vote to another resident, please use the below form to do so. Your proxy should bring this form with them to the meeting to vote.

Ranch Country Christmas Parade Invitation!

The Ranch Country Home Owner’s Association (HOA) is excited to announce our second annual “Ranch Country Christmas Parade!”  We would like to take this time to invite you to participate in what we believe will be an exciting and amazing parade! We hope each and every one of you will take the opportunity to participate in this event and join us as we celebrate the Holiday Season.

The parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 15th and will start at 9:00 AM.
