HOA meetings for June and July canceled

The HOA meetings for June and July have been canceled. The next HOA meeting will be held on Thursday, August 8th.

Splash Day Saturday, May 25th – Food, drink and DJ!

The first day of pool season is coming up soon! Splash Day will be on Saturday, May 25th at 12:00 Noon until 4:00pm [DIA DEL SPLASH, Sábado, 25 de mayo, @ 12:00 Mediodía – 4:00 PM]. There will be free food, drinks, and a DJ! There will also be a water race and other games for the kids!

2019 Pool Tags

Ranch Country Residents,

The pool tag application has been updated for 2019 and is now available for download! Please fill this application out and bring it, along with your picture ID, to the Spring Fling on April 20th in order to receive your new pool tags for 2019. 

You may also bring this application to any of the upcoming HOA meetings, or to the Pool Tag pickups at the pool on the below dates and times:

Wednesday, May 15th from 4-7PM
Friday, May 17th from 4-7PM

Thereafter tags can be obtained through Montage Community Services. Please send your completed application to [email protected].

Additional Pool Tag Pickup Times

Dear Ranch Country Homeowners,

Additional pool tag distribution times have been made available and will be at the Ranch Country pool house. You must have your driver’s license and/or proof of residence in Ranch Country to receive your pool tag/s. Your assessments must be paid in full or already have an established payment plan in place to receive your pool tags. Please bring your signed and completed pool form with you to pick up your tags, you can also email your pool form for easy pick up to [email protected]. Please note which date you will pick up your tags if you choose to email your form in. Each tag will allow a resident to bring in one guest. The pool opens for the 2019 season on Saturday, May 25th.
 
 
Pool tag distribution schedule:

Wednesday, May 15th from 4-7PM
Friday, May 17th from 4-7PM
 
 
Thereafter tags can be obtained through Montage Community Services. Please send your completed application to [email protected].

All residents are required to present pool tags when entering the pool. NO EXCEPTIONS.

HOA Meeting for this Thursday (May 9th) Canceled

Ranch Country Residents,

Due to ongoing flooding in the Fort Bend area, which unfortunately affects our community management staff, the upcoming HOA meeting for this Thursday, May 9th, has been canceled.

Pool tag distribution for this Thursday, May 9th, and Friday, May 10th, have also been canceled. Updated pool tag distribution times are as followed and will be held at the pool:

Wednesday, May 15th from 4-7PM
Friday, May 17th from 4-7PM
