Due to the Covid-19 situation, Splash Day has been cancelled, and the pool will remain closed beyond Splash Day until further notice. Montage Community Services, Trident Aquatics, and your HOA board are monitoring the situation and will review the possibility of opening the pool once local health authorities recommend it, and Life Guards are trained and available.

2020 COVID-19 Northwest Freeway
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent cancelling of city and county supported activities, the HOA has decided to cancel the upcoming community meeting on March 12th out of an abundance of caution. We will send out additional information on future meeting plans as they are made.

Please see the attached letter by Constable Mark Herman, our Precinct 4 constable. There is an upcoming meeting that could potentially impact funding and the availability of the Constables to patrol our neighborhood. Please consider making your voices heard!
Update: The proposal has been pulled, the Constables are no longer in danger of losing funding!

Due to the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays we will be running on a delay For Christmas Week:
– Heavy trash collection for Northwest Freeway MUD will be serviced on Monday 12/30, instead of Saturday 12/28
For New Year’s Week:
– Heavy trash collection for Northwest Freeway MUD will be serviced on Monday 1/6 instead of Saturday 1/4
– Regular trash collection for Northwest Freeway MUD will be serviced on Monday 1/6 instead of Saturday 1/4

Ranch Country Fall Festival! 🎪 Saturday, October 12th @ 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM, next to the pool. We will have hot dogs 🌭, popcorn 🍿, Joystick Mobile Games 🎮, prizes 🍭, face painting 🎨, and a bounce house.

The pool hours have been updated to reflect now through the end of September. The pool will be open 10am to 8pm weekends only, and will also be open on Labor Day (Sept. 2nd).
