Ranch Country Homeowners,

Please be advised the 2018 Assessments have been approved by the Board of Directors with no increase from the 2017 assessed amount of $250.00. You should be receiving you statements in the mail. The 2018 Assessments become due on January 1, 2018 and are considered delinquent if not posted to your account by January 30, 2018. If you do not receive your statement, please note that your Assessments are still due and payable and will incur delinquent fees if not posted by the due date. You may contact PMG-Houston at 713-329-7100 for a copy of your statement.

As a courtesy, you are welcome to pre-pay your assessments or any portion thereof prior to the due date, however the full amount of $250.00 must be paid by January 30, 2018 to avoid late interest and handling fees. Payments may be made online using your checking account or credit card, or you may also mail your payment. Payment instructions are reflected below for your convenience:

Ranch Country HOA is hosting Octoberfest (formerly known as Boo Bash!) on Oct 21st from 10am to noon at the Rosehill Fire Station on Running Iron Dr! There will be candy, face painting, and fun games and crafts for the kids! Come dressed up in your Halloween costume and have fun!
