Meet our new Community Manager!

Dear Ranch Country Owners,

Please come and meet our new manager, Sussan Martinez, with Montage Community Services this Thursday at 7pm. We will be meeting at the Rosehill Fire Station.

We are still in the transition process. All account information will be in the system by Wednesday and payment instructions will be emailed and mailed to all owners that are showing a balance. We know that there are questions about payments that have been sent in, but that have not been cashed. We will work through these on a case by case basis. Again, no late fees will be assessed at this time.

Santa Comes to Town Neighborhood Parade!

Santa comes to Ranch Country, and he’s bringing a parade with him! Come meet Santa and join the Girl Scouts in a neighborhood parade starting on Cedar Rock Dr (the small street in front of the pool). Bring the kids and a camera!

Parade starts at 9am on Saturday, Dec 16th! See you there!

In accordance with the By-laws of Ranch Country Homeowners Association, Inc., the 2017 Annual Meeting is hereby noticed for the date and location specified below:

Purpose:
At the 2017 Annual Meeting an election will be held to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years each. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
